If you are involved in a Florida accident case firstly you do not have to bring your checkbook. We work on something called a contingency fee. If there is no recovery you do not owe us anything. On that first free consultation with our office we ask that you bring a copy of your insurance card, the police report if you do have one, photographs of any evidence including pictures of your car, photographs of your injury and photographs of the accident scene. If you do have medical records or medical bills that you have on your persons please bring those also so we can review those with you. It's important that if there are any other miscellaneous items that you feel are important bring those with you so we can review and provide you with legal guidance on that first initial visit.
