Assistant Office Manager

Frankl & Kominsky, P.A., P.A. is seeking candidates to work as the Assistant Office Manager.  This is an ideal position for a hard-working, highly motivated person looking for an opportunity to grow within a fast past environment in the legal field. Applicants must have a positive attitude, possess the ability to work under pressure, and be committed to serving our clients.

The Assistant Office Manager must be a self-starter, highly organized, and have demonstrated experience working in a management or supervisory capacity.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of the firm
  • Assist with Human Resources functions including, but not limiting too, recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll
  • Assist with distribution and association of documents utilizing client management software
  • Provide support to legal assistants and case managers as directed by Office Manager
  • Provide back-up to mailroom and reception functions
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualification and Experience:

  • College Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Demonstrated work experience and track-record in hiring and training of new employees
  • Minimum of 2 years of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law or human resources
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience working in a position that required use of at least two (2) different software programs
  • Progressive level of responsibility in previous positions

  • Provide clear and concise communication to a multitude of parties including the clients, attorneys, medical providers and insurance companies;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, recorded statements, IMEs and EUOs;
  • Request and compile all pre-suit documents including but not limited insurance information, police reports, medical records and bills;
  • Assist case manager and attorney with managing a caseload;
  • Prepare demands;

Qualification and Experience:

  • The Legal Assistant position is an entry-level position and legal experience is not required;

Frankl & Kominsky, P.A. is seeking candidates to work as a Personal Injury Attorney in our Boynton Beach office.  This is an ideal position for a hard-working, highly motivated person looking for an opportunity to grow within a fast past environment in the legal field and to help people.  Applicants must be tough, ethical advocates for our clients who can plan and execute a strategy and keep the big picture in view.  The Personal Injury Attorney will have a dedicated support staff on each file he or she manages but will otherwise manage his or her caseload independently.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • The Personal Injury Attorney will have the responsibility of managing a caseload of over 150 automobile crash cases;
  •   
  • Responsibilities therefore include, but are not limited to, providing legal counsel to clients, negotiating settlements and otherwise handling case management from inception to completion;
  • Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required;

Qualification and Experience:

  • Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Ba, with no disciplinary or malpractice history;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases;
